SMH Counselling Services is a counselling service based on an integrated counselling approach which integrates person centred counselling with any other approaches that we both feel will be supportive of your time in counselling. The aim of counselling is to help support individuals with their mental health needs and life goals. This service was formed by Samantha Halstead. SMH Counselling sessions are currently available via online or by phone throughout the UK and sessions will be available face to face in East Yorkshire and Humberside. S.M.H. Counselling Services- Supporting Mental Health Services
Established in 2023 by Samantha Halstead, SMH Counselling services aims to provide clients with a person-centred approach to clients with other forms of counselling integrated if required for helping to support clients with their mental health needs. Samantha has experience in counselling clients who have survived domestic abuse, clients that have children in the social services system, clients who are on probation, clients with learning disabilities and clients with general mental health difficulties. Samantha is also a Registered Member of the BACP.
